KIBISAN SAN

KIBISAN® is produced by the copolymerisation of styrene and acrylonitrile. Acrylonitrile monomer (AN) is added to styrene monomer (SM) to copolymerise SAN, also commonly known as the AS Resin. SAN not only retains the transparency of GPPS, it also has more chemical resistance and slightly increased surface hardness. Under natural conditions, it has a bright yellowish / transparent appearance. The SAN product manufactured by Chi Mei's unique continuous process has good transparency, uniform high gloss, chemical resistance, superior heat resistance, rigidity and stability.

KIBISAN® has been applied in the manufacturing of hundreds of consumer products globally, including products of various grades from high heat resistance to transparent products. KIBISAN® has also been UL and CUL certified.
