RYNITE PET

Rynite® modified polyethylene terephthalate (PET) combines the best properties of stiffness, temperature performance and maximum dimensional stability with high gloss finish.

Rynite® is formulated with a unique rapid crystallisation system and also has a 20°C heat deflection advantage over standard PBT. The outstanding flow characteristics of Rynite® allow it to fill complex, thin-walled moulds with less injection pressure than is needed with other resins. This is a particularly important advantage with intricate parts.

Rynite® is a leading candidate in the replacement of die-cast metals and thermosets and is well suited to applications requiring durable electrical and electronic performance (at high temperature) such as electrical devices, photovoltaic panels, switches and more.
