Medalist® medical elastomers combine the performance characteristics of thermoset rubber with the processing ease of a thermoplastic.
Medalist® TPE is formulated to meet the most stringent requirements of today's healthcare industry, It is positioned as a sustainable alternative to silicone, PVC, and TPUs in medical applications.
Medalist® TPE has clean formulations - Phthalate/PVC/Latex protein/BPA free. Standard grades are made with FDA compliant ingredients and are biocompatible per ISO 10993-5, RoHS and REACH/SVHC compliant. Medalist® is produced in dedicated ISO 13485 Certified manufacturing facilities.
